Reflective practice
Lecturers need to develop a common language to collectively share
experiences and build capacity for evaluative self-judgment over time
(Boud and Molloy, 2013).
Reflective teaching practices are often ‘sparked by dissatisfaction with
existing arrangements and involve a cyclical process of questioning
our everyday assumptions’ (Ashwin, 2015: 46)
