Importance of evaluation and monitoring(
influence on structure)

Evaluation takes place at the end of each semester.
•
Important to identify the influence of the programme on the mentees development.
•
Due to challenges that were observed the programme gets to develop and address
loop holes.
•
Mentors who do not carry out their duties or mentees who do not attend meetings-
introduction of group leaders.
•
Mentors had to submit monthly reports. But was delayed to make changes.
Communication was a challenge.
•
Introduction of an online journal. That has to be submitted at the end of every week.
