It teaches new university learners on how to adapt and cope with the life and it alerts you
about the challenges you might face.
- These sessions help me quite a lot when it comes to adapting to university and
familiarizing yourself with it.
- It is really helpful with regards to adapting to university life where one encounters people
from different walks of life and having to work with them.
- It’s a lot of pressure for first years to adapt to university but such programme makes it
easier and the experience is pleasant
