The basics of IE

IE acknowledges that organisations (HEIs) are never neutral. Everything
and everybody either adds to or subtracts from an existing culture.

IE provides a theoretical framework and practical strategies that seek to
create and enhance human environments that respectfully summon
people to realise their potential in all areas of worthwhile human
undertaking.
•
IE provides concrete, practical, safe and democratic solutions for
problems that routinely impact organizations and the people within
them in a negative way.
