‘Just in time’ Programme

Opportunity to engage with ideas emerging from the student protests

(students’ sense of alienation)

To consider what these ideas mean for teaching, curriculum and

assessment practices.

To introduce readings and theories to make better sense of what

students are saying.

To feel better equipped to grapple with the calls for decolonization of

universities in SA and to participate in the debates about the future

of HE in SA.
