5. How has your involvement, as the FYSE TMA developed you as an individual?
I did not know how to quietly listen to a person but this programme forced me to learn to
listen attentively and I am gradually improving.
It taught me how to interact with first years
Helped me with planning and organisational skills
I am now more vigilant and attentive, I grow everyday
How to deal with students and to make them participate, I am becoming a motivational
speaker, it is a great experience
That I can help those behind me not to make mistakes I did
It helped me to get rid of the fear to speak in front of people
Taught me time management, to research and be informed about the current affairs of my
field
I have learnt to understand different kinds of people, it helped me manage my time
It has made me realise how helpful I am
I have understood different attitudes of various students, I have learnt that each individual
perceive life different from others. Team work has increased
