When can we expect to see how our presentations have been scheduled in the programme?

We will send a draft conference schedule shortly before the conference, 7-10 days before the conference takes place.

Where will the conference take place?

The Conference will take place at East London ICC.

When will registration open?

Registration opens on Friday, 20 January 2023. We ask that you kindly register as soon as possible. Registration is especially important for presenters, who are featuring on the programme. We will be accepting registrations from presenters up to Friday, 14 April 2023. Should you simply wish to attend as a delegate, we will accept your registration up until Friday, 28 April 2023.

What are the registration fees?

Full Conference Registration R 4500.00

Registration for NGOs R 4000.00

Students* R 3000.00
*(only for full-time students. Proof of full-time study must be provided; those who are employed full-time and taking courses are ineligible).
What if I cannot attend the in-person conference? Will there be an option to attend virtually?

Unfortunately, we will not be hosting a hybrid conference in 2023.

What is included in the cost of my registration?

You will receive a name badge and a complimentary gift when you arrive on site. Your name badge grants access to attend all of the plenary sessions, workshops and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 17 May 2023.

I need to register multiple staff from my office. Can I register everyone under the same account?

Yes, but groups of individuals cannot be registered together online. You are welcome to complete individual registration forms on the website for each staff member with a combined accompanying email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Will a confirmation message be sent to me once I submit my conference registration?

Yes, please keep an eye out on your email, as a copy of the confirmation and an invoice for the conference will be sent to you in a PDF attachment.
What is the registration cancellation policy?

Requests for refunds will be honoured, only if received in writing by Friday, 28 April 2023.
